One of key success factors of the project that I have been working on is the rhythm that the team developed early on. The SCRUM process has been a massive help in this.

I spoke with somebody the other day and he voiced a concern about SCRUM when used at Enterprise Level as he thought that it might not allow for Design to be incorporated in to the Architecture of an application, nor that it allows for any developer to see
